In 1973, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled in a 7-2 decision to establish a woman’s legal right to an abortion. Roe v. Wade is that landmark decision which continues to be politicized, forcing the heavily democratic Black community to vote into office politicians who support legislation that has traditionally been against our religious and moral beliefs. The Black community’s allegiance to the democratic party has forced a deadly compromise – receive government benefits supplied by being fiscally liberal but sacrifice the righteous principles that come with being socially liberal.

Saying something over and over again as loud as you can for as long as possible does not make it true. White women have been screaming at the top of their lungs over and over again for several decades that women should have the right to terminate their pregnancies for any reason – just because they say so. But Allah (God) is the Best Knower, not white women! On February 17, 2019 during his Saviours’ Day address, regarding Roe v. Wade, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan said, “I know you want rights over your own body. Yes, it’s your body, but you’re not the owner of your body. A sovereign Lord gave you life; you didn’t give it to yourself. And He wants to help you know how to live that life that you will have joy and peace in your life.”
We have to pull the mask off of liberal white women, so-called feminists, who have been disguising themselves as allies of Black women for far too long. They have infiltrated Black communities, offering Black women answers to questions we have never asked; and solutions to problems we’ve never had. Planned Parenthood clinics have been strategically placed in Black and Brown communities all over America targeting vulnerable expectant mothers. According to their own reporting, Planned Parenthood conducted more abortions this past fiscal year than in the previous. This one organization is responsible for approximately half of all reported abortions in the United States. To be exact, their latest report states that Planned Parenthood performed 332,757 abortions in the United States over the course of twelve months, this is an increase of 11,373. None of this is a coincidence.
Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood is lauded in white liberal circles as a hero of women’s reproductive rights. Margaret Sanger was also a wicked racist. She developed “The Negro Project” in 1939. She sought the help of prominent figures in the Black community by using ‘social reform’ to cleverly disguise her true intentions – control the growth of the Black population through sterilization, birth control and abortions. Planned Parenthood continues her abhorrent work today by getting rid of as many Black babies as possible.

The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan said of the Black woman, “You are the second-self of God. You have to know that you are a part of God.” Therefore, killing the fruit of our womb through abortion is not our way. The Black woman is the mother of civilization, she was created by God to be His assistant as He creates new life. Her nature and make-up are fashioned for creation not destruction. And this is why after an abortion a woman’s conscience is plagued because “that innocent life has been done away with and you might have killed the answer to your prayer” (HMLF).
During his address, he asked the question, “Do you know how you produce a savior? You don’t say abracadabra and a woman gives birth to a savior.” He went on to say, “When you want something out of life, you long for it. Your longing becomes a prayer.” The Minister explained that these prayers to God are not empty because He is listening; and as our prayers intensify, the womb of a woman will produce a child that will provide the answer to our prayers. This is why we cannot kill the fruit of our womb.
To be fair, there is hypocrisy all over the political spectrum so we also cannot align ourselves with the pro-life advocates. Too often, those who claim to be pro-life are only pro-life when the life is still in utero. These same “pro-lifers” do not support gun control, which would save the lives of tens of thousands of Americans every year. They advocate aggressive war policies destroying the lives of countless of innocent civilians worldwide. And they are also silent about the value of the lives of Black men who continue to be slain at the hands of the police.
During his Saviours’ Day address the Minister warned, “God has not chosen us for some foolish task.” The enemy of God knows this. He knows that the Black man and woman are destined to rule, therefore their aim is to destroy the Black child. He said, “This generation is a generation that if they are allowed to flourish, they will upset white America, they will upset white supremacy. They are the seeds that will bring in a brand-new civilization.”
