During yesterday’s #HarveyRelief Uhaul distribution in Northeast Houston, this Hispanic brother got so excited when he saw the brothers of the Nation of Islam. He walked up to the Uhaul and said, “My man, FARRAKHAN!” His family’s home was devastated by the floodwaters and they lost multiple cars that are parked on the grass next to the piles of debris sitting on the curb. He said we were the first group to come by to see about the people in that area and to bring any supplies. He kept giving us multiple hugs, kept telling his relatives who we are and said “thank you” more than we could count. This is why we are striving to follow the instructions of The Honorable Minister @louisfarrakhan to serve as many people as we can no matter who they are. We do it for The Cause, not the applause.
