CLEVELAND, Ohio. — Day 3 (read first day here) of the GOP Convention reeked of thousands of protesters. Many were against the killings of Black victims of police brutality while others included anti-Trump promotions, a recent denotion of the NAACP creating headlines about his campaign.
According to the BlackPressUSA, President Cornell Brooks had to announce that Donald Trump declined the NAACP’s invitation to speak. This raised questions about Trump’s potential presidency and signaled protesters to continue in their movement. NAACP President Brooks also noted that this year’s election “marks a significant moral moment for America”.
Melania Trump also left many questions about rather the racial issues of America would be addressed in the next presidency. Bro. Eric Ture Muhammad follows with her speech during the GOP convention.
Melania Trump’s lifting of Michelle Obama’s speech proves that Black Lives Do Matter!
“She pulled it off” was the initial consensus of White media. She was poised, confident, stunning, passionate, genuine, sincere, brilliant—oh, don’t forget honest and believable.
These words filled the night air like the ending of a beautiful movie. CNN, FOX NEWS, MSNBC and practically all mass media; RNC delegates and Trump organizers ready to fall off to sleep. Then it happened. Social media July 18 exploded as Blacks and others took to cyberspace, as did the few Black correspondents in the sea of White media heard, saying something was eerily reminiscent in Mrs. Trump’s appearance and presentation.
