On July 4, 2020, The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan delivered a major worldwide address via webcast. During his message, he made an appeal to Pope Francis and the Catholic Church.
“Pope Francis, you seem to be a man that wants to do good, but there’s so much evil that the Church has done. Who will pardon the Church? You ask the sinner when he comes to the Father to confess. He says, ‘Father, I have sinned.’ And you ask the sinner to enumerate his sins. You should stop that cause you’re talking to a sinner that may be worse in sins than yourself. The priest needs to confess. The ministers need to confess,” said Minister Farrakhan.
