On July 4, 2020, The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan delivered a major worldwide address via webcast. During his message, he talked about Thomas Jefferson and the words of The Declaration of Independence.
“Thomas Jefferson wrote beautiful words but his heart was not there to fulfill it. You can’t say that you believe that all men are created equal and are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that of these is life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. You can’t say that and hold another nation enslaved,” said Minister Farrakhan
