Being an artist myself, I was very inspired by this Facebook page I came across today. Introducing Musawwir Artistic Studio, the brainchild of Maryam Muhammad and Rebecca Muhammad. Musawwir is an arabic word meaning, “the designer, the Fashioner, the Bestower of forms”. According to the about section of their Facebook page, they are “self taught artists creating righteous asiatic art to hopefully uplift the moral standard in others. As well as promote love for our people.”
