THE DIVINE GRIND: Out of the thousands of pictures I took while being blessed to be with The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan’s delegation on the #JusticeOrElse Tour, I believe this is one that definitely reflects the pace of The Minister throughout: NON-STOP. In this shot he’s entering Metropolitan AME Church in DC on June 24th for the leadership breakfast hosted right before the official press conference.
While on tour, I witnessed this man and his staff work so many early mornings and extremely late nights to get things done. In every city, The Minister delivered multiple 2hr+ public addresses (sometimes in the same day), greeted countless people, hosted meetings with NOI staff, met with community leaders who are on board with 10/10/15, hosted as many as he could (family, staff & celebrities) for dinner while doing MORE teaching & listening during that time, greeted/thanked hotel staffers, law enforcement and others who helped to make our staff comfortable, more meetings, delegated assignments, took phone calls during the meetings, had more speaking engagements, entertained private guests and so much….and that’s just some of that which I knew about so just imagine all of the things I DON’T know that happened 🙂 This is what an 82-yrs young lion does in A DAY. What excuse do I/we have? None. This has been an unforgettable experience and I will definitely be sharing more.
